Sarah Curry
Gestalt Counsellor and Coach
If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or depressed I can help. Often people just need a private space. The time to explore their thoughts and feelings. An opportunity to express themselves without being judged. I can provide a safe, welcoming environment where I can support you to work through your troubles which will enable you to make changes so that you can live and enjoy a more fulfilled life.
About me
I’m a qualified and experienced Gestalt Counsellor and Coach. My work is deeply rooted in humanistic and existential therapy. What this means is that I focus on your unique experiences, helping you navigate how you relate to others and the world around you.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and struggling to cope with the everyday, I’m here to help you find a way through. And if you’re managing alright but feel there’s more you want to achieve, coaching might be the right fit for you.
As a counsellor, I can help you understand and manage your challenges. As a coach, I can guide you in setting and reaching your goals. Whether you need support or a push towards your aspirations, I’m here to walk that path with you.

My Services
I run my private practice from my home in Botley, Southampton, in a dedicated room designed just for counselling. I’m easily accessible from Hedge End, the M27, Eastleigh, Bishop Waltham, Swanmore, and Wickham.
I offer flexible sessions, both daytime and evening, to suit your schedule. We can work together short-term (6-12 sessions) or take a longer-term approach, depending on your needs.
My fees are £55 per 50-minute session, with a free initial consultation available to ensure counselling feels right for you.
Sessions can be face-to-face, over the phone, or online via Zoom. I also offer Walking Therapy if you prefer to talk while surrounded by nature.
With over 20 years in education and volunteer experience with Eastleigh Bereavement Services and Life Changes Counselling, I’m committed to supporting you. I also regularly attend workshops and conferences to keep my practice up to date.

People can become stuck in
fixed patterns and beliefs about themselves, their relationships and the world around them. My aim is to help you find new and more creative ways to resolve the problems you are facing.
